Workout Of The Week

This week we are going to be doing some On The Minute snatch work. This series is very good at teaching, perfecting, and honing your snatch technique.

 Swing x 1, T-Rex x 1, Snatch x 1

 Ladder test for the first few minutes to get a good baseline. From there, make sure that you hit perfect reps every rounds. I would rather you take a round off than give me bad reps just so you can say you did them.  Check out the video Continue reading

kettlebells2Hey everyone back with another workout of the week.  This week I am doing a Stacking chain that focuses around the Snatch.  Before you get to the video I have to tell you about this week’s Boot Camp For A Cause.  We are still sponsoring the local Special Olympics for another week or two.

Thanksgiving Challenge Workout 2012

Hey, What are you doing tomorrow?  Pigging out on turkey and stuffing!  Heck yes you are.  It is Thanksgiving why the heck not right?  But you can’t just pig out.  Well you could but it wouldn’t be exactly the best idea for your physique.
