Pressing Variations For When You Are Too Strong
What do you do when you get too strong? That is a great question really.
If you come to my studio only then you know that I have enough kettlebells to last most people a long time. But still even then I have a limit for as high as the weight gets. More often though it is the people lifting at home who only have maybe one or two kettlebells. What do they do when they are stronger than their bell?
Check out today’s video for some cool pressing variations for when you get a little too strong for the bells you have.
The Squat-O-Mattic 6000
A couple of weeks ago I polled my Facebook fans on what they would like to see. Overwhelmingly the response was my brand new product, the “Squat-O-Mattic 6000.” This brand new device is guaranteed to improve your squat movement, teach you how to pull into depth, and prevent you from hurting your knees while squatting. All of that for only 7 easy payments of $29.95.
But seriously though, check out the video. I am going to show you how to use a simple item that you can probably find laying around your house to really fix up your squat pattern. Continue reading

Set a Goal, Make A Deadline
In today’s video I am going to tell you a little story. It is a story that most of you probably know. The story about how I started my professional fighting career. No I am no longer a fighter, I actually haven’t fought for several years. But when I first started I learned a few lessons that I will never forget. Check out the video. Continue reading
Getting Fit In A Hurry
I get it, you are busy. By the time you find one shred of time for yourself during the day all you can think about is spending a little time with your family and relaxing in front of the TV for a few minutes. The next thing you know it’s time to slumber off to bed only to wake up and do it all again tomorrow. Trust me, I feel the same way. Owning my own studio helps out a lot but it still doesn’t give me any more hours in the day than the same 24 that everyone else has.
So what do you do if you don’t have time to invest an hour on your health and fitness every day? Continue reading
Avocado Deviled Eggs
Recipe of the Week: Fat Guacamole Devils
Check it out, it’s a new take on deviled eggs – eliminating the mayonnaise and adding avocado for more healthy fat! I made these with lemon juice because I didn’t have lime juice, it was good but I think the lime juice is definitely needed. Continue reading
