So today I have been asked (well several times recently actually) to make up a sample nutrition strategy for women. Now usually I send people over to the HOLIDAY HEDONISM site and tell them to download the free copy. It is exactly what they are looking for.
But I do get one complaint from it. See I don’t use a lot of numbers. I measure by a handful of this a fist of that. To me those make more sense than trying to complute grams of this and that.
