If diameter of the flywheel is the same, is the ring gear size the same, if so buy a 6.2 ring gear and press the 350 one off and press the 6.2 one on. I am not so sure that the balance is correct from 6.2 to a 350 though that might be your biggest problem (I am not sure but you want to check).
