WebOriginally called Three Forests Cheshire home, the project was inaugurated by Leonard Cheshire in 1986 and opened in 1988 offering apartments with some communal facilities for 14 disabled residents. It was renamed Alder House in the late 1990s in memory of a legacy from that family.
