Web17 de mar. de 2024 · The low-beam setting is also known as the “dimmed” or “dipped” setting. High-beam headlights let you see up to about 350 feet and are suitable for speeds faster than 25 mph. The high-beam setting should only be used in specific situations (read more here). In essence, low beams provide far less light than high beams at night.
